TAMPA, Fla. – The race for the 2019 USL Championship Playoffs saw the league’s goalkeepers produce some spectacular performances over the past week, including 11 shutouts led by Player of the Week JT Marcinkowski’s nine-save performance. We’ve picked out five of the best saves from Week 31, now you get to vote on which one will earn the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week award.

Voting will continue through 12 p.m. ET on Friday, October 11.

USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week Finalists – Week 31

Chris Hubbart (LOU) - #STLvLOU, 10/5/19: Hubbard made a spectacular one-handed save diving to his right to keep out a powerful header by Saint Louis’ Tyler Blackwood in LouCity’s 1-0 victory on the road at West Community Stadium.

Cody Mizell (NM) - #NMvRGV, 10/5/19: Mizell showed off his reflexes to keep out a big early chance for Rio Grande Valley’s Michael Salazar with a one-handed save that tipped the shot over the crossbar at Isotopes Park.

Thomas Olsen (LV) - #LVvSA, 10/5/19: Olsen kept his side on top against San Antonio with a tremendous stop on a powerful header by SAFC’s Frank Lopez that parried the ball to safety at Cashman Field.

Jordan Farr (IND) - #OTTvIND, 10/2/19: On as a late substitute, Farr rose to the moment to turn away a curling shot by Ottawa Fury FC’s Hadji Barry that was pegged to the top-right corner in the Eleven’s visit to TD Place.

Alex Tambakis (NC) - #NCvNY, 10/5/19: Tambakis went at full stretch to get his fingertips to a low shot by the Red Bulls II’s Jared Stroud as part of a shutout in North Carolina’s victory at Sahlen’s Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park.
