USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Month Finalists – July

Elliot Collier (MEM) - #MEMvHFD, 7/6/19: Collier completed his hat trick, the first in 901 FC’s history, with a mazy run that began in his own half that carried him past numerous defenders before a perfect low finish to the right corner.

Adam Jahn (PHX) - #RGVvPHX, 7/13/19: Jahn’s powerful header off Solomon Asante’s cross from the right had just enough steam to get past Tyler Deric’s save attempt and earn Rising FC victory on the road.

Arun Basuljevic (FRS) - #FRSvPOR, 7/20/19: Basuljevic created space with a clever stepover move that froze his defender before unleashing a strike to the top-left corner of the net from the right side of the penalty area.

Chris Wehan (NM) - #NMvELP, 7/31/19: Wehan rose highest to meet Kevaughn Frater’s left-wing cross for his first headed goal of his Championship career to cap off New Mexico’s 3-0 victory over El Paso at Isotopes Park.

Daniel Bruce (NM) - #SACvNM, 7/24/19: Bruce produced a spectacular volley with the outside of his right foot that curled into the top-left corner in the 89th minute to give New Mexico a 2-1 win over Sacramento.

Mads Jorgensen (HFD) - #HFDvCHS, 7/20/19: Jorgensen had barely been on the field for a minute when he unleashed a perfectly placed arrow into the top-right corner of the net from 35 yards out at Dillon Stadium.

Daniel Rios (NSH) - #LOUvNSH, 7/6/19: Rios continued a tremendous campaign with a bending finish from the top of the penalty area that ricocheted in off the right upright for his 11th goal this season.

Antoine Hoppenot (LOU) - #LOUvNSH, 7/6/19: Hoppenot gave himself the perfect introduction to LouCity’s home supporters with a perfectly struck finish off Brian Ownby’s cross that proved the game-winner in his home debut at Slugger Field.

Lewis Hilton (STL) - #STLvBST, 7/27/19: Hilton fired a right-footed shot from 20 yards out past Steel FC goalkeeper Tomas Romero for his first goal of the season to help Saint Louis claim a vital 3-0 victory at West Community Stadium.
