TAMPA, Fla. – Goalkeepers across the USL Championship recorded nearly 500 saves over the month of July, while Birmingham Legion FC’s Matt Van Oekel and Phoenix Rising FC’s Zac Lubin led the way with three shutouts. We’ve picked out five of the best stops from the past month, now you get to vote on which one will earn the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Month award.

Diego Restrepo (1) (AUS) - #SAvAUS, 7/3/19: Restrepo got down well to his left to corral a low shot by San Antonio FC’s Christian Parano without allowing a rebound in the Copa Tejas clash at Toyota Field.
Aaron Cervantes (OC) - #AUSvOC, 7/13/19: The United States U-17 International did well to track Xavier Baez’s long-range effort through traffic late in his side’s contest with Austin Bold FC.
Jonathan Viscosi (SA) - #SAvSLC, 7/27/19: Viscosi dove to his left to parry a long-range shot from the Monarchs’ Jack Blake over the crossbar late in San Antonio’s 3-1 victory at Toyota Field.
Diego Restrepo (2) (AUS) - #AUSvFRS, 7/27/19: Restrepo made the best of his five saves on Qudus Lawal, denying the forward’s first-half header with his leg and then clawing it to safety in Austin’s shutout victory over Fresno.
Joe Kuzminsky (CHS) - #HFDvCHS, 7/20/19: Kuzminsky made a tremendous reflex save with his left hand to keep out a header by Hartford Athletic’s Wojciech Wojcik to preserve his side’s road victory.
