USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week – Week 22

Chris Wehan (NM) - #NMvELP, 7/31/19: Wehan rose highest to meet Kevaughn Frater’s left-wing cross for his first headed goal of his Championship career to cap off New Mexico’s 3-0 victory over El Paso at Isotopes Park.

Jaime Chavez (FRS) - #FRSvLV, 8/3/19: Chavez rifled a right-footed shot past Lights FC goalkeeper Thomas Olsen and off the underside of the crossbar for the first of his two goals in Fresno’s 2-1 win over Las Vegas.

Dre Fortune (NC) - #NCvIND, 8/3/19: Fortune picked out the top-right corner with a curling effort from the top of the box to level the score in the second half of North Carolina’s contest with Indy Eleven.

Tobi Adewole (PIT) - #PITvMEM, 8/3/19: Adewole did well to control his body in the air and direct Kenardo Forbes’ corner kick past 901 FC goalkeeper Jeff Caldwell with a powerful header in the Hounds’ 4-0 victory at Highmark Stadium.

Matt Watson (IND) - #NCvIND, 8/3/19: Watson found the bottom-left corner with a low long-range strike to open the scoring in Indy’s 2-1 win over North Carolina FC at Sahlen’s Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park.
