USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week – Week 21

Jonathan Viscosi (SA) - #SAvSLC, 7/27/19: Viscosi dove to his left to parry a long-range shot from the Monarchs’ Jack Blake over the crossbar late in San Antonio’s 3-1 victory at Toyota Field.

Evan Newton (IND) - #NSHvIND, 7/27/19: Newton showed off his impressive reactions to stick out a claw and keep out a close-range shot from Nashville’s Kharlton Belmar in his side’s trip to Nissan Stadium.

Diego Restrepo (AUS) - #AUSvFRS, 7/27/19: Restrepo made the best of his five saves on Qudus Lawal, denying the forward’s first-half header with his leg and then clawing it to safety in Austin’s shutout victory over Fresno.

Matt Pickens (NSH) - #NSHvIND, 7/27/19: Pickens got down low to his right to keep Paddy Barrett’s header out of the bottom corner and preserve his shutout in the second half of Nashville’s 2-0 win over Indy at Nissan Stadium.

Mason Stajduhar (TUL) - #TULvLA, 7/24/19: Stajduhar scrambled across his goal to palm a well-struck free kick from Jorge Hernández over the crossbar in the second half of Tulsa’s contest with Los Dos.
