TAMPA, Fla. – The USL Championship announced the rescheduling of two previously postponed contests on Thursday with the game between Nashville SC and the New York Red Bulls II at First Tennessee Park now scheduled for Wednesday, August 21 at 8 p.m. ET and the contest between the Charleston Battery and Memphis 901 FC at MUSC Health Stadium now scheduled for Monday, September 2 at 6 p.m. ET.

The contest between NSC and the Red Bulls II was postponed at halftime on June 26 as torrential rain and lightning swept through the region. The game will be reset and played from the opening kickoff on August 21 when the teams reconvene at First Tennessee Park, with both teams permitted to set new lineups.

The game between the Battery and 901 FC was abandoned before the opening kickoff could take place on July 13 at MUSC Health Stadium. The Battery will now host an early-evening kickoff on Labor Day to bring the weekend’s festivities to a close.

Three of the teams will be in action this weekend with 901 FC set to host the Red Bulls II at AutoZone Park this Saturday night at 8:30 p.m. ET. The Battery, meanwhile, will visit Hartford Athletic at 5 p.m. ET at Dillon Stadium.
