Two of last season’s Championship All-League First Team are among the nominees for the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week, an indicator of the level of quality finish the past weekend of action produced around the league. They’re part of the five-goal field, now it’s up to you to decide which one lands the award.
Voting will continue through 12 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 20.
USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week – Week 15
Solomon Asante (PHX) - #PHXvOC, 6/15/19: An inspired moment of magic saw Asante fire a first-time lob from 45 yards over Orange County goalkeeper Patrick McLain and into the net early in the second half at Casino Arizona Field.
Cameron Lancaster (NSH) - #HFDvNSH, 6/16/19: The 2018 Championship Golden Boot-winner producing an astounding finish from almost 30 yards to the top-left corner to lift Nashville to victory late against Hartford.
Javan Torre (LV) - #LVvNM, 6/15/19: Torre surged forward from midfield into space and unleashed a shot from 30 yards that flew straight as an arrow into the top-right corner of the net to open the scoring in Lights FC’s victory.
Prosper Kasim (BHM) - #CLTvBHM, 6/15/19: Kasim provided a brilliant moment for Legion FC on the road in Charlotte with a perfectly-placed finish to the bottom-right corner from 25 yards against the Independence.
Andrew Lubahn (LDN) - #LDNvIND, 6/15/19: Lubahn put United ahead with a ferocious strike from 25 yards that picked out the top-right corner of the net against the Eleven at Audi Field.
