ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (June 13, 2019) -- The Tampa Bay Rowdies face the prospect of bouncing back from a league loss for the first time all season this weekend when the Charleston Battery come to visit.

Here are a few of the biggest matches happening in the Eastern Conference this weekend.

Saturday, 6:30 p.m. | ESPN+

The Rowdies saw their lead at the top of the Eastern Conference cut in half last weekend, but Tampa Bay still has the fewest losses in the 36-team USL Championship.

Charleston will be on short rest after Thursday night's Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup tilt against Atlanta United. The Battery were scheduled to host that match Tuesday night but unplayable field conditions postponed it to Thursday and swapped the host cities. Charleston has won one of its last five in league play.

Ottawa Fury FC vs. Memphis 901 FC
Saturday, 7 p.m. | ESPN+

Ottawa's climb up the table was slowed last week by a draw in Pittsburgh, but Fury FC is still unbeaten in seven matches.

Memphis still sits below the playoff line as things haven't gone totally as planned for the expansion side. Memphis trails 10th place Atlanta United 2 by three points on the table.

New York Red Bulls II vs. Louisville City FC
Sunday, 3 p.m. | ESPN+

New York will try to keep the pressure on the Rowdies on Sunday afternoon when it hosts the two-time defending champs in a heavyweight bout.

Louisville City was bounced from the Open Cup by its biggest rival Wednesday night, but a showdown with the Red Bulls offers a great opportunity to move on.
