ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (May 23, 2019) -- The Tampa Bay Rowdies will face off against the Swope Park Rangers for the first time ever this weekend as they look to extend their time at the top of the tables.

Here are a few of the biggest matches happening in the Eastern Conference this weekend.

Tampa Bay Rowdies vs. Swope Park Rangers
Saturday, 7:30 p.m. | ESPN+
The Rowdies have kept shutouts in three consecutive league matches, but can't get caught looking ahead to next Tuesday's Open Cup match.

Swope Park is coming off a 2-2 draw at home against Memphis 901 FC on Wednesday night, a result that wasn't enough to lift the Rangers out of 17th place.

New York Red Bulls II vs. North Carolina FC
Friday, 7 p.m. | ESPN+
New York gets to try and erase last weekend's loss to the Rowdies nice and early as North Carolina FC comes calling Friday night. The Red Bulls could move back into first place with a win before the Rowdies kick off.

North Carolina has gone winless in three matches, scoring just one goal in that stretch, but still sits in eighth place.

Indy Eleven vs. Nashville SC
Saturday, 7 p.m. | ESPN+
Indy snapped a three-game winless streak last weekend with a late home win over Charleston, but this week's test against Nashville offers another hard test.

Nashville moved into second place Wednesday night with a road win in Birmingham and will look to extend its three-game unbeaten run.
