The USL Championship got a new all-time leader in shutouts this weekend as Evan Newton recorded his 41st regular-season clean sheet, while some of the league’s other goalkeepers put in stellar displays across an exciting week of action. We’ve picked out five of the best saves from Week 9, now you get to decide which one will earn the USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week.

Cody Mizell (NM) - #NMvSA, 5/5/19: Mizell stood up well to parry away a one-on-one chance for San Antonio’s Brian Gomez to keep NMU ahead early in the second half of Sunday evening’s contest.
Scott Levene (MEM) - #LOUvMEM, 4/30/19: Levene got down well to his right to keep out a first-time shot by Louisville City FC’s Niall McCabe midway through the second half of the USL Game of the Week on ESPN.
Zac Lubin (PHX) - #OCvPHX, 5/4/19: Lubin made a diving save to his left and held firm to the rebound to keep out a curling shot by Orange County SC’s Harry Forrester on Saturday night.
Tyler Deric (RGV) - #PORvRGV, 5/1/19: Deric parried away a shot by Portland’s Eryk Williamson with his right hand to help the Toros take a big road win against the then-Western Conference leader.
Diego Restrepo (AUS) - #LAvAUS, 4/29/19: Restrepo produced a fine reaction save to tip a strong header by the LA Galaxy II’s Augustine Williams over the crossbar in a shutout on the road.
