HARTFORD, Conn. – Hartford Athletic announced on Wednesday that The Hartford had joined as a Founding Partner for the club's inaugural USL Championship season.

As an Official Insurance and Community Partner of the Club, The Hartford will serve as the presenting partner of the Pregame High Five Tunnel, Ceremonial Walkout Kids, and Hartford Athletic’s Soccer Tots program. The partnership will feature a collaboration with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford to teach children soccer skills, and a Workforce Development Program allowing high school students to shadow Hartford Athletic staff members. In addition, the company will host a Junior Fire Marshal night at the stadium.

Hartford Athletic hosts its inaugural home opener this Saturday as it plays host to the Charlotte Independence at Rentschler Field, with kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m. ET.
