USL Championship Fans’ Choice Save of the Week – Week 8

Cody Mizell (NM) - #NMvPOR, 4/26/19: Mizell made a diving stop to his right to keep a long-range strike by the Portland Timbers 2’s Eryk Williamson from finding the back of the net last Friday night.

Josh Cohen (SAC) - #SACvPHX, 4/27/19: Cohen sailed at full stretch to get his right hand to a beautifully curled effort by Phoenix Rising FC’s Junior Flemmings that turned the shot away from the top-right corner.

Aaron Cervantes (OC) - #FRSvOC, 4/26/19: Cervantes showed off his reflexes to make a sharp kick save on Fresno FC’s Christian Chaney early in the second half of Orange County’s visit to Fresno.

John McCarthy (TBR) - #ATLvTBR, 4/24/19: McCarthy dove at full stretch to his left to parry away a well-hit shot by ATL UTD 2’s Dion Pereira early in the second half of Tampa Bay’s visit to Atlanta.

Mason Stajduhar (TUL) - #TULvCOS, 4/24/19: Stajduhar stared down Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC’s Andre Shinyashiki and made a great one-on-one save to keep the game scoreless early at ONEOK Field.
