USL Championship Discipline Report – Week 1

TAMPA, Fla. – The following is the USL’s discipline report for Week 1 of the 2019 USL Championship season:

Two players and one assistant coach are suspended to open the new season following disciplinary procedures that occurred at the conclusion of the 2018 season.

Birmingham Legion FC’s Joe Holland is suspended for Saturday’s game against Bethlehem Steel FC following a red card for serious foul play for Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC against Bethlehem Steel FC in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals of the 2018 USL Cup Playoffs.

The Portland Timbers 2’s Adrian Diz Pe is suspended for Saturday’s game against Tulsa Roughnecks FC following a red card for Violent Conduct against Phoenix Rising FC in the Western Conference Quarterfinals of the 2018 USL Cup Playoffs.

San Antonio FC assistant coach Ryan Roushandel will serve a one-game touchline suspension on Saturday following his ejection from the bench for irresponsible behavior in SAFC’s final game of the 2018 regular season against Rio Grande Valley FC.
